South Pacific Gimlet

A savory, spring-forward Gimlet spin that is tart with Calamansi juice and inspired by gardens of South East Asia.



  • Combine the gin, Calamansi Juice and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously until the shaker is ice cold. Pour into the chilled glass and garnish with a slice of Calamansi.
  • Add 3-5 drops of A&M's Thai Green Market Elixir
