Smoked Rum Cider

When the Autumn breeze brings you apples, cinnamon and falling leaves, it's time to cozy up with this spiced rum cocktail.



  • Toast the cloves and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

  • Pour in apple cider. Bring to a low simmer, turn off the heat and set aside for 10 minutes. Strain then cool completely. When cool, stir in the rum.

  • Top with ginger beer

  • Add 2-3 mists of Autumn Bonfire aromatics
