1.5 oz Gin
A&M recommends trying Tom Cat Gin by Caledonia Spirits
1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup
To make: heat equal parts honey and water in a saucepan until the honey melts into the water. Bottle, cap, and store in the fridge for two weeks.
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz Blueberry-flavored Kombucha

Fill a Collins glass with ice, set aside in the freezer.
Combine gin, Lime juice, and Honey simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the chilled Collins glass.
Top with Blueberry Kombucha
Mist with 2-3 spritzes of Hiking the Long Trail Aromatic
For an extra kick, add 3-5 drops of Warm Ginger Aromatic Elixir
