Jungle Bird

INGREDIENTS

Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces rum, Jamaican or blackstrap
  • 3/4 ounce Campari
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (1:1, sugar:water)
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 6 Drops "Jungle Flower" Flavor Elixir

Garnish: pineapple wedge

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain over ice into a tiki mug or a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
